Analytics & Measurement Lead

York (hybrid, 3 days/week)
Up to £65K + benefits

A fast-growing, multi-brand group with a UK-wide network of 170+ local sites is hiring an Analytics & Measurement Lead to help build its digital measurement function from the ground up.

Tracking today covers the basics: conversions, form fills, calls. But there's no server-side tagging, no audience segmentation and no measurement plans in place. You'll own that from strategy through to implementation, designing the standards and building them hands-on, while also setting guidance for regional teams across Europe to follow.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary up to 65K
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office + flexible working hours
  • Health cash plan
  • Retail discounts
  • Discounted services
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + volunteering days
  • Buy and sell holidays
  • Pension
  • Funding and support with courses and education
  • Dog friendly office

Top 3 skills:

  • Server-side tagging. The current setup is entirely client-side, so it's exposed to ad blockers and browser restrictions. You'll lead the move to a server-side, metrics-subdomain setup to capture data more reliably
  • Pixel tracking and tagging. You'll bring both the technical implementation side and the analytical side together, giving you full ownership of how tracking works rather than just reporting on someone else's setup
  • Cookie consent and GDPR. A solid grip on consent policy and how the data layer should control what's tracked

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
