We are hiring an Analytics Coordinator to join our consulting team. This role is a central point of support for our work with a major British infrastructure consultancy based in the UK. As a fully remote position, you will help us organize data and track project progress without being tied to a physical office. It is an opportunity for someone starting their career to see how data informs management decisions in a practical setting.

About the Role

The Analytics Coordinator exists to ensure that the data we collect is useful and organized. We often find that large organizations have plenty of information but struggle to make it readable for leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data collection and the clear reports our consultants use to advise the infrastructure firm. Your work helps remove the guesswork from management by providing a stable record of facts and figures rather than relying on memory or intuition. You will be responsible for the accuracy and flow of information that drives our advisory work.

What You Will Do

  • Update and maintain internal tracking sheets for client projects on a daily basis.
  • Collect monthly performance data from various team leads at the infrastructure consultancy.
  • Review data for inconsistencies or missing entries before it reaches the senior consultants.
  • Translate numerical updates into simple, written summary notes that highlight changes.
  • Maintain the rhythm of data requests so nothing is forgotten at the end of the month or quarter.
  • Help create clear, basic visualizations that illustrate where project work is stalling.
  • Keep our digital filing system organized so that every decision record is easy to find.
  • Assist in preparing data summaries for management reviews and steering committees.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Patience for repetitive tasks that require high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A logical approach to organizing information and digital files.
  • A quiet focus that allows you to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Confidence to ask questions when data looks incorrect or confusing.
  • An interest in how organizations function and why they sometimes struggle to execute plans.

Helpful Background

  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets, specifically with basic formulas and formatting.
  • Some familiarity with data visualization tools or a willingness to learn how to represent data simply.
  • A degree or coursework in business, administration, or a social science where analytical thinking is required.

  • Strong writing skills developed through university projects or prior work experiences.

What We Offer

This is a permanent, full-time position that is entirely remote. You will have the flexibility to work from your own space while remaining a core part of our consulting team. We provide a paid role with a salary that is competitive for an entry level position in this field. You will receive direct mentorship from consultants and gain a practical understanding of how large infrastructure projects are managed behind the scenes. The environment is professional and supportive, focusing on clear results rather than hours spent at a desk.

About Olive Tree

Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We typically work on the space between strategy and daily execution. A team can have very capable people and still find that decisions keep reopening, priorities stall, or responsibility remains unclear. These are rarely personality problems: they are structural habits that have not kept up with the company's growth.

We favor practical changes over large-scale transformation programs. Our work involves looking at how decisions are made, how meetings are run, and how ownership is recorded. We prefer useful written notes and clear ownership over polished presentations and vague alignment. Good advisory work should make things plainer and leave the team with a rhythm they can continue on their own.

The firm is built on the principle that memory is not a management system. We help teams create the smallest possible written record to support their work so that important follow-up does not depend on who was in the room or who has the best memory. The goal is a quieter management pattern that makes the existing work easier to lead.
