Job Description

Role Overview

As Analytics Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of analytics across key global accounts. This includes defining measurement frameworks, specification of automated dashboards, campaign performance reviews, mining insights from multiple data sources, and contributing to ongoing marketing-mix and test-and-learn programmes.

This role is ideal for a data enthusiast looking to lead analytics and data science strategy, delivering high-quality solutions and insights to some of the most innovative companies globally. The Data and Analytics team is diverse, ranging from hard-core data engineers to analysts and data scientists.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics strategy and roadmap for accounts, including measurement frameworks and plans.
  • Pursue best-in-class data visualisation and reporting through PowerBI.
  • Take ownership of analytics output for assigned accounts/campaigns, providing technical direction and reviewing analytical approaches where appropriate.
  • Present insights directly to senior client stakeholders, leading strategic conversations and influencing client marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with campaign team(s) to provide regular insights/recommendations, and lead execution of clients' measurement plans.
  • Adopt appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to evaluate campaign performance and testing results.
  • Be the bridge between the client, business users, and the data engineering team.
  • Deploy test-and-learn programmes that deliver incremental value, and uncover insights to steer campaign optimisation and longer-term analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency's analytics offering, including new methodologies and tools, best practice, and new business/pitches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
