Analytics Director, EMEA | Media & Measurement

Up to £95,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid, 3 days p/w

A brand-new senior analytics role within a global media agency group, created following increased client investment across major international accounts.

This is less about sitting behind a screen building MMM models and more about leading sophisticated measurement programmes across multiple markets. You’ll sit between clients, agency teams and data scientists, shaping the approach, challenging the technical work and ensuring analytics translates into better media investment decisions.

Company and benefits - what makes this exciting

  • Join a newly centralised EMEA analytics and data science function working across multiple agencies and major global advertisers.
  • Lead multi-market measurement programmes for two high-profile automotive and QSR brands, spanning 10+ international markets.
  • Broad remit across MMM, incrementality/testing, attribution, econometrics, optimisation and advanced data science solutions.
  • Brand-new standalone position with the opportunity to build out a team as the client scope grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead senior client engagement across complex, multi-market analytics and measurement programmes.
  • Drive the evolution and deployment of MMM, helping clients integrate measurement outputs into budget planning and investment decisions.
  • Establish testing best practice and measurement frameworks across international markets.
  • Review, challenge and improve the quality of analytics and modelling delivered by specialist data science teams.
  • Connect technical outputs with the commercial media challenge, turning complex analysis into a clear and compelling story for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across agency, analytics, data operations and specialist teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Skills and experience required

  • Strong experience within a large media agency / agency group environment is important, ideally working across EMEA or global clients.
  • Proven experience leading sophisticated analytics, measurement or data science programmes across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of MMM and wider media measurement, but you don't necessarily need to be the person building the models yourself.
  • Consultative enough to challenge senior clients, but technically credible enough to work closely with data scientists and interrogate their approach.
  • Experience across broader areas such as attribution, experimentation, econometrics, optimisation or media planning analytics would be highly valuable.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex global agency and client structures.
