Analytics Lead
Global Marketing Agency | Global Silicon Valley Technology Client
London | Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
£80 - £90k base plus bonus
DATAHEAD is partnering with a global marketing agency supporting a market-leading Silicon Valley technology company to appoint an Analytics Lead into a critical global role.
This client is a technology business at heart, with highly sophisticated in-house analytics and modelling capabilities. The agency’s role is focused on brand media strategy, measurement, and optimisation - and this position sits at the centre of ensuring campaign data is credible, actionable, and actually used in planning.
This is not a modelling or data science role. It is a senior analytics leadership position for someone who can take complex campaign data, interpret outputs from advanced models, and turn them into clear insights and confident recommendations for planners and senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Analytics & Measurement Leadership
- Own weekly and post-campaign reporting across global brand media activity
- Ensure campaign data is accurate, consistent, and representative of true performance
- Interpret outputs from in-house modelling and planning tools, translating them into practical media and investment recommendations
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across markets to inform future strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
