The Role
You'll be the second person in BCB's data function, working directly with the Head of Data & Analytics. You'll own reports and dbt models end-to-end, from source to dashboard, and help move our reporting onto Omni. We run AI-heavy workflows, which means less time on repetitive coding and more time directing and reviewing work, and collaborating on problems that need thinking through.
Stack: BigQuery (GCP), dbt, Omni, n8n, git.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards
- Take loosely defined requests from business teams, work out what they actually need, and deliver it
- Investigate data issues down to the root cause and fix them at the source
- Write tests and documentation so others can trust your numbers
- Update and deliver regulatory reports
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
