The Role
- Build and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, and reporting
- Champion standards and contribute to analytics engineering culture
- Support and collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into robust pipelines
- Help resolve issues affecting the analytics pipeline and improve data trust

What You'll Need
- Strong data modelling skills and understanding of analytical dataset structure
- Experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale, ideally using dbt
- Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
- Proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements for data workflows
- Collaborative working style and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
