The Role

  • Build and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, and reporting
  • Champion standards and contribute to analytics engineering culture
  • Support and collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into robust pipelines
  • Help resolve issues affecting the analytics pipeline and improve data trust

What You'll Need

  • Strong data modelling skills and understanding of analytical dataset structure
  • Experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale, ideally using dbt
  • Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
  • Proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements for data workflows
  • Collaborative working style and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
