Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
- Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and analysis-ready datasets.
- Develop complex SQL queries and optimise data transformation processes.
- Create and maintain dbt models, tests, and documentation.
- Work with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data quality, pipeline, and performance issues.
- Support dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Implement data governance, testing, version control, and documentation best practices.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and modern data modelling.
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data engineering concepts.
- Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of data quality, testing, and data governance.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
