The Role
You will work across analytics engineering, data engineering, and business intelligence, helping to build and optimise the company's data platform.

Responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from source systems through to business-ready datasets
- Develop scalable and well-documented data models using dbt and Google BigQuery
- Build and maintain Python-based data ingestion and automation processes
- Create dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions using BI tools
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, testing, and governance standards are maintained across the data platform
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency across data workflows
- Translate business requirements into robust analytical solutions that support growth and decision-making
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Analytics Consultant, or similar data-focused role
- Advanced SQL skills with experience building analytical data models
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery
- Strong experience using dbt for data transformation, testing, and documentation
- Proficiency in Python for data ingestion, automation, and pipeline development
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions within modern BI platforms
- Knowledge of Git, version control, and data engineering best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of projects from end to end
