Equity: A very generous EMI share offering.

Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays.

Mission: Elevate later life for everybody and build the care sector of the future.

Office Policy: Hybrid with 2 core office days per week.

Office Location: London Bridge, London, UK

The Opportunity:

Effective use of data is at the core of the transformation currently underway in the care sector, and we're looking for someone to lead it.

We're looking for an Analytics Lead to own Lottie's data function end-to-end, from the stack to the strategy. You'll work directly with our C-level, embedded in the business from day one: joining trading meetings, getting to grips with what really drives the business, and turning Lottie's unique data asset into clear recommendations that shape the product and drive growth. As we double down on AI across our products, you'll play a central role in shaping how we model growth and understand user behaviour. This isn't a role where you wait for requests. You set the agenda, and you're confident saying no to the things that won't move the needle.

What does this role involve?

  • Owning the analytics function - setting the strategy, maintaining and improving the stack (Dataform, BigQuery, Fivetran, Hex and Metabase), and being the go-to person for data across the business.
  • Being commercially embedded from day one - joining trading meetings, understanding what actually drives the business, and translating that context into data priorities.
  • Delivering insights to leadership - turning complex analysis into clear, opinionated recommendations for the C-level and board. You bring a point of view, not just a chart.
  • Aligning stakeholders - working across commercial, product and finance to agree what matters most, and pushing back when something isn't worth doing.
  • Building analytical models - from marketplace supply and demand to understanding what makes a care shortlist lead to a successful match. You'll go well beyond dashboards.
  • Setting the standard for how analytics works at Lottie - establishing ways of working, data quality and a culture of curiosity across the business.
  • Championing AI-powered workflows (Claude, Codex or equivalent) as part of your daily practice, and finding new ways to speed up analytical work across the business by building skills or enabling self-service Data

What problems will you be solving?

  • Marketplace intelligence - modelling supply and demand to help us optimise matching, pricing and provider acquisition. What makes a great shortlist? What predicts a successful placement? Directly building data products to support decision making for our partners.
  • Product analytics - understanding how care providers and families interact with our platform, running experiments, and communicating Found's value proposition clearly across the business.
  • Commercial decision-making - partnering with our commercial and finance teams to drive growth, optimise our partner acquisition funnel and support board reporting.
  • Data culture - building a culture where every team at Lottie is asking better questions, trusting the data, and making faster, more confident decisions.
  • Real-world impact - every insight you generate connects directly to the quality of care that families find for their loved ones. Better matching, smarter recommendations and sharper commercial decisions don't just grow Lottie, they improve outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people in the UK. That's the job.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We think you'll be a great fit if…

  • You've thrived in a fast-moving startup in a senior position. You'll likely have around 8+ years' experience in analytics, ideally in a data-rich business where data is make-or-break. You're comfortable with pace and ambiguity, and you know how to balance shipping insights quickly with building something that scales.
  • You're a strong individual contributor who can also lead. You're comfortable being the most senior data person in the room and setting the direction for how the function grows.
  • You think analytically and pick up a business fast. You can walk into a trading meeting, understand what matters, and come back with something that changes a decision. Your attitude and aptitude matter more to us than your industry background.
  • You communicate clearly and bring people with you. You can explain complex analysis simply, align stakeholders with different priorities, and represent analytics to any audience, from engineers to the board.
  • You're confident pushing back. You bring hypotheses and recommendations, not just answers to questions. You challenge assumptions, say no when something isn't worth doing, and help the business understand what it should be asking.
  • You're hands-on technically. You use agents to write SQL, and are comfortable building and maintaining data pipelines end to end.
  • You're all-in on AI tooling. A coding assistant is part of your daily workflow, not something you've heard of. You can speak concretely about how you use it to do more, faster.

This role isn't for you if…

  • Lottie's mission to transform the care sector doesn't genuinely excite you.
  • You prefer to work in a specialised lane rather than own a function end-to-end.
  • You're more comfortable with clear specifications than defining the work from first principles.
  • You find it hard to push back or say no to stakeholders.
  • You haven't embraced AI tools as a core part of how you work.
  • You optimise for title and compensation over impact and mission.
  • You want to focus purely on modelling or engineering without the commercial and stakeholder layer.

Lottie's Interview Process

  • First Interview with Alice Rooke, Talent Lead (20 minutes, remote)
  • Behavioural interview with Julien Lavigne du Cadet (30-45 minutes, remote)
  • Two technical interviews: SQL and Analysis Task with Max Mitchell and Data Principles and Communication with Chris Hart (45 minutes each, remote)
  • Final interview with Will Donnelly, CEO and Julien Lavigne du Cadet (1h15 total, in the office, London Bridge)

Candidate Experience:

  • All candidates will be informed of their application status.
  • First Interview: You'll receive an email notification, but no specific feedback will be provided at this stage.
  • Interviews with Julien, Chris and Max: If you're unsuccessful after these interviews, you'll receive constructive feedback via email.
  • Final Interview: For final-stage candidates who are not offered the role, we'll provide your feedback live via a phone call.
