Overview
D2C Reporting & Analytics Manager
We are hiring a D2C Reporting & Analytics Manager to help shape how performance, insight and measurement come together for Samsung Global D2C HQ. In this role, you'll translate paid media data into meaningful reporting, clear recommendations and stronger decision-making across global and local teams. You'll work closely with media, strategy, data governance and analytics specialists, helping teams understand what is working, where there is opportunity and how campaigns can perform even better. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Build global media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks and KPI approaches.
- Partner with local market teams to gather reporting, insights and analysis, creating a clear global performance view.
- Collaborate with strategy, media and analytics teams to develop client-ready deliverables.
- Support local markets with D2C measurement, reporting and analysis requirements.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations that drive improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve data efficiency, reporting quality and analytics processes.
- Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in media analytics, campaign reporting or a related discipline.
- Understanding of paid media performance measurement and reporting principles.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics concepts such as site analytics, conversion tagging and measurement frameworks.
- Experience working with data processing, data governance, data cleansing or visualisation tools.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
