Analytics Manager
Onsite - Leicestershire (5x days per week)
£90,000 - £95,000 + bonus
An opportunity to lead data, analytics and automation within a complex Finance Operations environment. You will shape the strategy across MI, RPA and emerging AI capabilities, leading technical teams while delivering measurable improvements across data, reporting and automation.
The Company
They are a large, established organisation investing in the continued evolution of their data and automation capabilities. Data plays a critical role in operational and financial decision-making, with a mature technology ecosystem already in place. They are now looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead the next stage of this journey.
The Role
As Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across data, MI, reporting and RPA, providing strategic direction to senior team members.
- Own the data and analytics strategy for Finance Operations, including a large-scale data ecosystem and complex semantic models.
- Drive the evolution of automation, identifying opportunities for intelligent workflows and Agentic AI.
- Develop analytics capabilities across Databricks, Power BI and AI-powered BI to deliver predictive and actionable insights.
- Oversee the governance, performance and controls surrounding a substantial portfolio of live automated processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations to translate technical roadmaps into measurable business value.
- Lead strategic projects from inception through to delivery, with clear governance and accountability.

Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
- Strong commercial experience leading technical teams across Data, Analytics and/or Automation.
- Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, Databricks, data modelling and data governance.
- Expertise using SQL for complex querying and scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience with DAX and Power BI, alongside an understanding of semantic data models.
- Experience using Python for data engineering, analytics or process automation.
- Strong knowledge of RPA, process automation and process re-engineering.
- An understanding of emerging AI capabilities, including Agentic AI and AI-powered analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical strategy clearly to senior audiences.
- Experience managing governance, change control and operational risk within complex production environments.
