Job Title: Analytics Manager
Start Date: 24th August 2026
Duration: 3 months contract
Location: Hybrid 2 days per week in London
Allocation: 100% fulltime

About the role:
This role involves joining an agency's Analytics team to work on a project for a well-recognised client in the travel and accommodation sector. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of marketing effectiveness studies, including Brand Lift and Conversion Lift studies, across various clients and channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Brand Lift Studies, including planning, execution, and analysis, focusing on digital media campaigns.
- Develop research hypotheses, KPIs, and measurement frameworks and design surveys to assess brand perception.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness based on various metrics and provide strategic insights for media and creative strategies.
- Design and assess Conversion Lift Studies to determine the causal impact of advertising on business outcomes like sales and conversions.
- Work closely with media and platform teams to implement effective test and control methodologies.
- Support broader marketing measurement initiatives and aid in understanding consumer behaviour through analytical tools and dashboards.
- Analyse large datasets to deduce insights and recommend optimisations for campaigns and future experiments.
- Collaborate with client teams to present findings, explaining complex statistical results clearly to stakeholders.

Role requirements:
- Expertise in Marketing Science, Analytics, or related fields such as Data Science or Econometrics.
- Experience in conducting Brand Lift and Conversion Lift studies, with a strong understanding of statistical methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical platforms for handling large datasets.
- Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Strong project management skills capable of handling numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
