The Opportunity

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading consumer technology businesses as they continue to invest heavily in AI, experimentation, and data-driven product development.
They're looking for a Senior Manager of Product Analytics & Experimentation to lead a high-performing analytics function responsible for shaping product strategy, scaling experimentation, and measuring the commercial impact of AI-powered experiences used by millions of customers.

This is a highly visible leadership role, working directly with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Executive stakeholders to influence product investment and business growth.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate the impact of new features, customer journeys and AI-driven products.
  • Work alongside Machine Learning teams to measure the performance of recommendation engines, personalisation models and automated decision-making systems.
  • Define North Star metrics and measurement frameworks that align Product, Commercial and Finance around success.
  • Build scalable self-service analytics capability, enabling Product teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
