Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A Little Bit About You

  • A deep understanding of how customer-level data, including behavioural and transactional data, can be used to generate insight and optimise media performance.
  • A strong conceptual grasp of statistical models, advanced analytics and modern AI applications, with the confidence to guide and review technical work without needing to be the primary coder.
  • Experience leading technical teams through complex projects, ensuring strong accountability, clear documentation and high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics or Criteo, would be a plus.
  • An understanding of data pipelines and data warehouse environments would also be beneficial, helping you collaborate effectively with data engineering and platform teams.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.
