Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Analytics Manager, Data & Reporting plays a central role in Flora's client-facing analytics function, supporting the production of reporting deliverables, dashboards, and data narratives across key pharmaceutical and health tech accounts. This individual works closely with the VP, Product and COO to execute on analytics workflows, maintain reporting frameworks, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, delivery-oriented role well-suited for someone who is proficient with data visualization tools, comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously, and eager to grow within a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment.
This role also requires genuine hands-on technical exposure — comfort working directly with data warehouses, ETL processes, and data pipelines, and querying data directly, rather than relying only on finished extracts — along with a working understanding of the pharma and marketing ecosystem the data ultimately supports.
Requirements

- Produce and deliver analytics reports and dashboards for assigned pharma client accounts
- Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, on-time, and aligned to client needs and brand objectives
- Customize data visualizations and narrative summaries for audiences with varying levels of data fluency
- Support preparation of performance summaries and benchmark reports used in client reviews and business development

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
