Analytics Manager | Consumer Credit Fintech | London Hybrid

SQL. Portfolio Strategy. Customer Outcomes. Real P&L Impact.

We’re exclusively retained on a high-impact Analytics Lead hire with a fast-growing consumer credit fintech. This is not a pure people management role. You’ll be hands on in the data, owning analytics from SQL extraction, insight, strategy, implementation, and live portfolio performance.

You’ll have direct influence across:

  • Credit limit strategy
  • Balance transfers
  • Repricing and pricing strategy
  • Customer campaigns
  • Portfolio management
  • Customer performance and profitability

Required

  • Strong hands on SQL — essential
  • Consumer credit analytics experience across portfolio, ECM, pricing, acquisitions or similar
  • Experience in credit cards, loans or retail lending
  • Python highly desirable
  • Previous people management or mentoring experience
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgement
  • Existing UK right to work — no sponsorship available

You’ll lead a small team with two direct reports, while remaining close to the data and solving complex commercial problems yourself.
