Understanding the needs of data across the business, be a champion for clarity and consistency within data and empower the business with enriched data models
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
- Tell Data-Driven Stories: Translate your insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, marketing investments, and business decisions
- Partnership: Work cross functionally with the Marketing function, as well as BMD teams to support delivery to trade & brand targets
- Data Mining: Explore opportunities to add or enhance existing data sets that deliver incremental value to New Look
- Advanced Analytics: Experience of delivering and measuring the impact of data science projects such as random forest, k-means, linear regression.
- Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
- Collaborate: Lead a given analytical principle and deliver an agreed analytics strategy
- Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics.

WHO YOU ARE
- Advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL. (+6 Years)
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analysts
- Proven experience in leading analytics projects from conception to implementation. Including strong project planning and management skills.
- Strong understanding of analytical modelling techniques (e.g., random forest, k-means, linear regression).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
