We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join the National Theatre Data and Insights Team.
We are excited to announce the expansion of the Data and Insights team at the National Theatre. As a key member of this central team, the Analytics Manager will be responsible for producing actionable insights that fully harness our data's potential, empowering customer-centric and data-driven business decisions. As an experienced Analytics Manager, you will be at the forefront of data innovation applying statistical analysis contributing to our mission of delivering world-class theatre experiences and an opportunity to drive business impact in a relatively new data team which is centrally positioned in the organisation and works with all departments.

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Extensive experience in analytics, statistical techniques, predictive modelling and insight generation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Extensive experience in developing insight-led presentations that combine robust analysis with compelling storytelling, using clear logical narrative flow to drive actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and influencing decisions at senior level.
- Technical competence: strong proficiency in SQL and Python, alongside experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Experience line managing analysts and/or developing analytical talent, with a demonstrable ability to improve capability, performance and quality of output.
