Accuracast advises the world's largest enterprises on strategies to improve marketing performance. We are looking for the smartest, sharpest minds to join our team and shape the future of digital performance measurement.

Job Responsibilities:

You will provide deep expertise in shaping marketing data strategies. You will help clients maintain GA4, implement advanced GTM (Google Tag Manager) solutions including server-side tracking, data layer setup, configure data structures and pipelines for our clients, as well as customise their platforms with client data or technology. This will include:

  • Data Pipelines design & delivery
  • Consult on marketing analytics solutions
  • Deployment and maintenance
  • Marketing data flow planning
  • Training clients to optimise use of Analytics data

Development of new data-driven marketing capabilities will be an integral part of your responsibilities. You will also help define and design highly accessible and actionable media and sales information and insights (reports) for executives of all levels to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and gather insights on their marketing performance.   • Dashboard design, build and maintenance
  • Working with systems such as Google Data Studio, Adobe Experience Cloud, Tableau & Power BI

You will use knowledge of BI solutions, tools and data platforms to scope, deliver and optimize client solutions to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

You will be a hands-on expert in marketing performance tracking, reporting and data operations.

The right candidate will be passionate about telling stories through creative representation of data. You will need to have a very good grasp of Analytics, GTM, JavaScript, enhanced ecommerce tracking, processing and analysing data.

You should be able to identify patterns and anomalies in datasets easily, understand visitor analytics data and troubleshoot conversion funnels, and know the challenges of building enterprise-scale performance reporting.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics / GTM / data operations, reporting and dashboarding
  • Experience with GA4, server-side tracking, and GTM server setup is highly desirable
  • JavaScript programming fluency and ability to understand and troubleshoot JS code
  • Experience of working in a marketing agency is highly desirable
  • Strong functional understanding of data and data infrastructure
  • Experience in campaign performance reporting or programmatic performance reporting is desirable

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.

Job Location:

Work is mainly done from our offices in Camden Town and occasionally the office in Kings Cross, London. You will need to travel in and around London very regularly, so we are looking for candidates within easy commuting distance only.
