About the Role

I am looking for an Anaplan Consultant to join a growing consultancy team, supporting the delivery of complex planning and performance management solutions for clients across a range of industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Anaplan professional with strong Supply Chain Planning experience who also has broader model-building capability across areas such as FP&A, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective Anaplan solutions, and support the delivery of scalable, high-quality models. Due to the size and growth of the business this role will likely lead into practice leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain Anaplan models across Supply Chain and wider business planning use cases.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to model design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand planning, forecasting and performance management requirements.
  • Develop solutions across Supply Chain Planning and, ideally, wider FP&A use cases including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning.
  • Support data integration and transformation activities, ensuring data is structured effectively for Anaplan models.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise existing models, identifying opportunities to improve performance and usability.
  • Support testing, documentation, training and knowledge transfer.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, business stakeholders and wider consulting teams.
  • Contribute to best practices around Anaplan model development and connected planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
