About the Role
We are supporting a growing specialist consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant with strong experience across Anaplan, Financial Consolidation and Reporting, and FP&A.
This is a senior, client-facing consulting role where you will take ownership of technical solution design, lead complex client engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting stakeholders. You will be working across connected planning, financial consolidation, reporting and wider performance management projects for a varied client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end solution design across client engagements, from discovery and design through to build, delivery and adoption
- Working closely with senior finance, FP&A and controllership stakeholders to understand requirements and shape the right solution
- Delivering solutions across financial consolidation, reporting, FP&A and connected planning use cases
- Advising clients on technical design, process improvement and best-practice delivery
- Supporting the integration of Anaplan, FCR applications and wider enterprise systems into scalable planning and reporting solutions
- Running workshops, managing project risks, and helping clients make clear decisions across complex finance transformation projects
- Coaching and supporting junior consultants, helping to maintain high delivery standards

What We’re Looking For
- Proven consulting experience delivering complex finance systems or EPM solutions in client-facing environments
- Strong experience across FP&A, financial consolidation and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan FCR, or similar consolidation and planning technologies
- Ability to own technical solution design and translate complex finance requirements into effective system solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior and executive-level audiences
- Good commercial awareness, with the ability to manage scope, risks and project priorities
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent would be beneficial
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification, or progress towards it
