Anaplan Solution Architect

Fully remote (UK) | Up to £125,000 + company wide benefits

About the Role

Own a European Anaplan platform outright. We're working with a client in the financial services space, operating across multiple European markets, who are hiring an Anaplan lead to take full ownership of their European Anaplan platform, the strategy, the architecture, the standards and the roadmap.

Anaplan underpins how our client's European finance function forecasts, budgets and reports. The output goes to senior leadership and informs the projections that shape business performance. They're looking for one person to be accountable for that platform, leading a small team of skilled model builders.

What makes it worth a conversation

  • You set the direction. You'll own the target architecture, governance model and multi-year roadmap, with a mandate to automate and simplify where you find manual process.
  • Build and lead. You'll mentor and grow the model-builder team while staying hands-on in the models yourself.
  • Regulated, multi-market complexity. Multi-country European scope with genuine ALM, release planning, regression testing and controlled deployment discipline — the scarcer end of the Anaplan market.
  • In-house ownership. You live with your own architectural decisions rather than handing them over at go-live.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
