About this role
As an Anaplan Specialist within our Enterprise Planning Systems team, you will be the driving force behind our global FP&A infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the charge in enhancing financial models and rolling out critical functionality that directly impacts our broader Finance organization.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will bridge technical model expertise with deep business understanding. Together, we care about making an impact, taking ownership to deliver seamless planning solutions, and continuously aiming higher to support our customer-centric mission.
Key components to the position:
- Actively lead the execution of our overall system strategy to drive excellence across global financial planning.
- Continuously improve, extend, and maintain complex Anaplan financial models.
- Plan and execute the successful rollout of new Anaplan functionality and critical Finance projects, aiming high to surpass expectations.
- Set up, automate, and manage secure data flows and integrations between Anaplan and enterprise platforms.
- Establish and uphold robust team standards and best practices for model building, governance, and quality control.
- Facilitate user training and support colleagues across the business, helping one another succeed through collaborative query resolution.

What will you bring to the team?
- Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect certification (or equivalent professional system experience).
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to develop strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to act responsibly and deliver high-quality results both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with additional FP&A and data technology platforms (e.g., Polaris, Anaplan Data Orchestrator, Workday, OneStream, or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
