⭐ Our Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence Team

As an Anaplan Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Anaplan platform and supporting our broader Centre of Excellence (CoE). Working directly alongside our Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders, and the FP&A team, you will act as the key engine powering daily operations—managing change requests, facilitating user training, and getting hands-on with model building activities to enhance our financial planning ecosystem.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

  • Implementing Change Requests: Managing, triaging, and delivering end-to-end Change Requests across our Anaplan models to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Supporting Model Building: Collaborating closely with Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to assist in building, testing, and implementing new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Providing Training & Supporting End Users: Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and documentation to upskill end-users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams.
  • Maintaining & Optimising Models: Maintaining data integrity, managing user access, monitoring model performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Anaplan Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces/models (Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent is highly desirable).
  • Managed Change Requests & Supported Systems: Proven track record handling Change Requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements in a CoE or support structure.
  • Model Building Skills: Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building, with the ability to assist in active model development.
  • Experience Training Users: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a passion for training and empowering non-technical users on Anaplan functionality.
  • An Understanding of Finance: Solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.
  • AI Tooling: Familiarity with AI tools, including the ability to write effective prompts. You should demonstrate curiosity for how AI can be used to improve processes and solve problems more effectively.
  • Domain Experience: Banking or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential! We will consider candidates from non-financial industries
