Anaplan/Pigment Lead Consultant – (London)

A high-growth, entrepreneurial financial consulting firm sitting at the heart of private equity is expanding its European footprint and seeks a stellar CPM/EPM Consultant to join its London office and shape its regional growth.

Backed by premier private equity investors and home to 1,600+ finance and technology experts across 11 global offices, this firm partners with PE sponsors and CFOs to deliver data, technology and AI-driven value creation. As they build out their London presence, this is a rare entrepreneurial opportunity to make your mark while benefiting from the stability of an established, industry-leading firm.

The Role

Sitting within the CFO Technology practice, you'll design, build and configure Planning and Consolidation (CPM/EPM) solutions across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, revenue modelling and operational reporting for private equity-backed portfolio companies. You'll work directly with clients from requirements gathering through to design, testing, cutover and adoption, while mentoring junior consultants along the way. The role carries flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week, with regular travel across Europe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
