The successful candidate will become part of a small technical team within the Anatomy Suite, located at the Medical School (Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham), and will collaborate closely with technical, academic, and administrative colleagues.

The post holder will provide high-quality, timely support for the Anatomy Suite facilities, operating with a degree of autonomy. They will take primary responsibility for preparing and overseeing practical anatomy classes, working in close collaboration with academic and technical staff. Key responsibilities will include the handling, movement, and care of human cadaveric specimens, as well as the maintenance of additional teaching resources, such as anatomical models and IT equipment. The role also involves supporting the daily operation and upkeep of the Anatomy Suite, including the monitoring and maintenance of cadaveric material (comprising whole cadavers, prosections, and museum specimens) and ensuring accurate and compliant documentation. All activities must be carried out in full compliance with the Human Tissue Act (2004) and relevant health and safety regulations governing laboratory practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
