Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (preferred)

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Providing strategic advice on candidate selection
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Preparing employment contracts
- Assisting with onboarding processes
- Monitoring recruitment metrics
- Continuously improving recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
