About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Revolut. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Understanding of financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to various teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing processes.
- Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements through data analysis.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and forecasts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and fintech.
