Job Title: Android Developer
I have partnered with a rapidly scaling sports company as they look for someone to come in as their first Android developer to replicate the success of their iOS offering.
It is a company that has been around for 2 years now and is massively popular across multiple mediums including social media and streaming platforms. However, they are now looking to grow their tech teams even further as they look to keep growing into newer markets. They are massively funded from multiple sources and are fully stable despite their youthfulness in the market.
As such, they need someone who can build in a scrappy and start-up sort of way where resources and requirements might not always be clear. In return, you'll get absolute full autonomy and ownership over the whole Android product without having to deal with a lot of the usual bureaucracy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
