Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in financial services, fintech, or a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all operational activities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and customer service teams to implement new features and solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and execution of risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and customer data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
