About The Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in financial services, fintech, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software such as MS Office Suite, data analysis platforms, and project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all operational activities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and customer service teams to implement new features and solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the development and execution of risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and customer data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
