Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and design of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Guide and mentor a dynamic team of developers.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality apps.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/UI-Kit/Objective-C) development.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with mobile UI/UX design and third-party libraries and APIs.
- Proven track record of leading development teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in mobile development (desirable but not mandatory).
