Android Developer for Pixel Device Assignment
You will be responsible for the following services and deliverables:
- Generate and manage shipping request forms and sample logistics
- Generate monthly release notes, consolidating carrier-specific FRs and bugs into QPR deliveries while handling carrier bespoke formatting.
- Manage software delivery and perform triage of customer issues received through carrier channels before escalation to development
- Escalate customer priorities: Work closely with Technical Account Managers to resolve and escalate critical issues to secure support from the organization
- Manage tickets, ensuring fixes are targeted at the appropriate projects and that bugs are routed appropriately and followed up
- Track and prioritize bugs, and communicate bug status to stakeholders
- Support carrier compliance management
- Provide product-side support and preparation for demos
- Bring up new features and perform ad hoc Pixel validation
- Provide Tier 1 support for Tier 2 regions and partners

Deliverables:
- Timely handling of customer queries
- Agreed metrics around bug resolution and feature closures
- Weekly reporting on the status of planned activities
- One-pagers for customer escalations to drive resolution
- Timely preparation and delivery of customer demos
- Monthly management of release notes and software
- Detailed validation bugs containing all required logs, screenshots, timestamps, and snippets
