Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
