About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of [Job Title]. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
