Job Description
Join Midnite’s Rewards UX team to build the platform behind critical customer experiences. You will develop features that make the app feel fast and intuitive using a modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose stack. With high ownership and a direct line to product impact, you’ll turn ambitious ideas into reality for hundreds of thousands of players.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain high-performance features across the Midnite Android app, focusing on the rewards offering and overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to define, build, and ship new experiences from the ground up.
- Drive technical excellence by writing well-tested Kotlin code and contributing to architectural discussions and continuous CI/CD improvements.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2–5 years of professional Android experience with a proven track record of shipping production apps to the Google Play Store.
- Is highly proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with deep experience in asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flows.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of MVVM/Clean Architecture, dependency injection frameworks like Koin, and automated testing tools such as Espresso.
