Requirements

• Andrology or Embryology background, including a minimum of 6 months performing semen analysis in a fertility lab/clinic. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
• The ideal candidate for this role is confident working alone, highly organized, reliable, and committed.
• Strong laboratory skills, such as sample handling, microscopy, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clinic director and London lab team, discussing test results, explaining procedures, and providing patient-centered education in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a small multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive clinic environment.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in andrology, biomedical science, reproductive science, or a related healthcare field.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and familiarity with electronic medical records or laboratory information systems.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
• Previous experience in a fertility or reproductive health setting is vital; registration with an appropriate professional body is an advantage.
