Role Overview
As a Co-Founder of IBLOG Services, you will play a pivotal role in defining the company's vision, strategy, and operational development. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of new service rollouts, partnership management, and performance tracking through key metrics. Working closely with fellow co-founders, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, process structuring, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Your responsibilities will also include active participation in commercial activities, content creation, brand management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This is a full-time, fully remote position offering significant autonomy in organizing your work, while requiring high availability and a long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the company's strategic vision and operational roadmap.
- Oversee the implementation of new services and continuous improvement of offerings.
- Manage partnerships and develop collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze performance indicators to guide data-driven decisions.
- Structure internal processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Engage in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Contribute to content strategy, brand positioning, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, and make evidence-based decisions using performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; skilled in presenting ideas clearly, negotiating effectively, and building trust with diverse audiences.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in prospecting, lead management, deal closure, and growing client portfolios.
- Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, content strategy, brand management, and social media campaign execution.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct market studies, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Additional Valued Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, proficiency with online collaboration tools, strong organizational skills, and prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Financial Commitment
Minimum investment required: $300,000 USD (or equivalent in cash or strategic in-kind contributions, subject to co-founders' approval).
This investment reflects a shared commitment to the venture and will contribute to initial R&D, product development, market entry, and operational scaling.
