ABOUT US

We are a software consultancy that provides highly skilled consultants to support clients’ business needs. Test Driven Solutions has had a successful six years since incorporation in 2020, building a close-knit culture and delivering to various clients. Our consultants work across green and brownfield projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies.

We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, property, education, manufacturing, oil & gas, gaming and renewable energy organisations. We continuously grow as a business, with new client wins and an ongoing internal ERP system being built.

We’re on the hunt for Senior Angular Developers to join our team! Developers in this role will be responsible for creating and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client’s organisation, and providing a clear vision of the project and product.

You must be confident facilitating information and communication exchange between external groups and the project team, and monitoring project progress, providing timely feedback, and driving a culture of agility and learning.

We are proud to have our modern UK headquarters on the Quayside in Newcastle’s city centre, with stunning views of the Glass House. This office serves as a central base of work for everyone, providing a collaborative space for our team when they come together. Earlier this year we opened our second office in the UK, a space located near Edinburgh’s Haymarket station as a base for our Scottish team to collaborate in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
