An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Animal Keeper to join our Carnivores team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
We are looking for an Animal Keeper with experience of working with Carnivore species. The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of species natural history and biology and be able to apply this to Carnivore husbandry and welfare practices.
This post offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of small, medium and large Carnivore species. We have exciting plans for our collection and exhibits, offering great opportunities for section, team and personal development.

Animal Keepers are responsible for carrying out all aspects of animal management, including, but not limited to, enclosure creation and management, husbandry routines, and supporting veterinary intervention.
The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team, use their initiative, display an interest in and commitment to animal welfare and conservation, and must possess strong communication skills.
