Join CI Games and be part of shaping the future of gaming. As we embark on an ambitious strategic roadmap with major releases planned for 2026-2028, we're seeking a talented and dedicated Animation Production Coordinator to help us create ground-breaking experiences that captivate players worldwide.

A career at CI Games is about being part of a team working on some of the most creatively rewarding and ambitious projects to be found in any entertainment medium. You would be welcomed to a dedicated and inclusive environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The Animation Production Coordinator provides dedicated operational support to the Animation department, maintaining accurate tracking and giving animators, Production and the Animation Director clear visibility of progress, priorities, capacity and blockers, so the Animation Director no longer needs to manually piece information together from Jira, Slack, EODs and spreadsheets.

Jira & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate Animation Jira tickets, estimates, statuses, priorities and ownership.
  • Track EOD updates and time logging, identifying missing or inconsistent information and following up where required.
  • Keep Animation plans, spreadsheets and Jira aligned.
  • Identify stale Jira tickets, missing estimates, overdue work and capacity gaps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
