We are looking for a friendly individual to join our team of Pathway Coordinators at Peterborough City Hospital within the Maternity Unit. If you are confident, helpful, and kind, we would like to hear from you.
- Ensure workload is completed in line with KPI’s
- Monitor and ensure cancellations for new appointments are fully utilized daily.
- Work closely with the Screening Failsafe Officer to ensure that all women booking for maternity care are offered Screening within the correct time frame.
- Receive and respond appropriately to calls, escalating issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Project a professional and helpful manner, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Participate as a team member, liaising with the public and hospital staff in all clinical areas daily.
- Process electronic referrals to maternity care, ensuring that referrals are booked in a timely manner in line with National, Local, and Trust targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for service users utilizing the Maternity Assessment Unit.
