About Us

Founded by Mastercard and WorldRemit former executives, with early employees from Google, Uber, American Express, HSBC and Deliveroo. Volume (www.getvolume.com) is a London-based payments startup on a mission to move money seamlessly around the world. We are an FCA Authorised Payments Institutions, and our mission is to create a universal checkout on the Internet enabling online shoppers to pay and businesses to get paid quickly, easily, conveniently, and eventually for free with just one click.
Faster than Apple Pay, Volume is the only payment method that allows consumers to pay in one-click using their bank app and businesses to eliminate payment intermediaries such as Stripe, PayPal, card networks and their extortionate hidden fees.

Our Culture

We don’t follow the traditional corporate or start-up model but empower our people to own their work end-to-end. The challenge is not for everybody, we are entirely mission-driven with a fully autonomous team culture. You decide the strategy, you move the metric, we help to achieve your goals.

The Role

We are hiring an AML Analyst to operate at the intersection of Compliance, Risk and Operations. This is a hands-on, analytical role with direct exposure to real payment flows, regulated partners and complex merchant models. You will be expected to exercise independent risk judgement and stand behind your decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
