This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AML professional looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance through robust customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and financial crime risk assessments.

Our client is particularly interested in individuals with strong experience in corporate AML, including exposure to international corporate structures, and a solid understanding of Source of Wealth (SoW) and Source of Funds (SoF) reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct AML, KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for new and existing clients.
  • Complete Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) investigations for higher-risk customers and complex cases.
  • Review and assess Source of Wealth and Source of Funds information in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Analyse complex corporate structures, beneficial ownership arrangements and international entities.
  • Identify, investigate and escalate potential financial crime risks where appropriate.
  • Support corporate onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
  • Undertake periodic client reviews and remediation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all due diligence activities are documented appropriately.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on AML and financial crime-related matters.
  • Keep abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
