Your new company

You'll be joining an experienced team in a leading biopharmaceutical organisation focused on advancing innovative antibody and protein therapeutics. You'll be part of a collaborative R&D environment dedicated to developing high‑quality formulations that support all stages of product development.

Your new role

This is initially a 12 month contract position that has the potential to extend. The role is fully based on site at the company's labs.

As a Scientist in antibody formulation development, you will support non‑clinical and clinical programs by developing, analysing, and optimising formulations for monoclonal antibodies and novel therapeutic formats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing analytical and formulation experiments to support toxicology and clinical studies
  • Conducting protein/antibody analysis using methods such as HPLC/UPLC, iCE, UV spectroscopy, DLS, CGE, rheology, and sub‑visible particle analysis
  • Supporting pre‑formulation and formulation laboratory activities, including setup and resource coordination
  • Authoring protocols, reports, and technical documentation based on an understanding of protein degradation mechanisms
  • Presenting findings to project teams and internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to technology platform improvements, including automation where applicable

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
