Antibody Discovery Scientist

An exciting role awaits you as an Antibody Discovery Scientist in the antibody drug discovery and development sector. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the future of antibody therapeutics. Located in the Berkshire area, this role is perfect for a skilled scientist eager to make a significant impact in the field.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Antibody Discovery Scientist will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • As an Antibody Discovery Scientist, you will play a key role in the discovery of monoclonal antibodies to advance the therapeutic pipeline and deliver value to patients.
  • As an Antibody Discovery Scientist, you will generate high-quality, bespoke display libraries for antibody discovery and optimisation.
  • As an Antibody Discovery Scientist, you will apply state-of-the-art phage- and yeast-display techniques for library screening.
  • As an Antibody Discovery Scientist, you will prepare and analyse next-generation sequencing datasets.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Antibody Discovery Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • Relevant degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in display techniques such as phage or yeast display.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with antibody research, protein engineering, and computational data analysis.
