Opportunity Description

An opportunity to be part of a small team providing high-quality specialist care to a varied group of patients. The role covers all aspects of anticoagulation and also provides a home treatment pathway for deep vein thrombosis.

Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination of anticoagulation clinics including initiation, dose adjustments, and counselling.
  • Being an expert resource for other healthcare professionals, patients, and carers in both the primary and secondary care settings.
  • Interpretation of results and making necessary arrangements for necessary investigations and discussion of results with patients.
