We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Antitrust and Competition Paralegal.
This will be an initial 6-month FTC in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Antitrust & Competition team with administrative and legal tasks, and handling assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Researching business activities between merging parties.
- Assisting with and analyzing filing preparations for review and submission.
- Researching precedent cases, points of law, and process.
- Proofreading documents.
- Assisting with the development of Antitrust and Competition groups and the coordination of training materials.
- Helping with practice group events and attending practice group meetings.

Requirements
Suitable candidates will have gained strong academic qualifications, and have exemplary attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills.
