An excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate integration of financial data between finance systems, supporting month-end activities, improving controls, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the daily transfer of financial data between finance systems.
  • Cleanse, validate, and upload large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile daily integration files and perform monthly reconciliations to support financial reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system integration issues.
  • Work closely with third-party system support providers to minimise disruption and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain and review mapping tables and data flows to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Introduce and improve controls around finance system integrations.
  • Support control account and supplier account reconciliations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and relevant regulations.

About You

You'll have a solid understanding of finance processes and be comfortable working with large volumes of financial data. You're naturally organised, highly accurate, and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a finance or finance systems environment.
  • Experience performing financial reconciliations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of finance processes, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve data issues independently.
