AP Project Lead - GBS
Full Time - Hybrid
Location:
- London with 50% travel to Derby, Krakow, and Indianapolis
- or
- Derby with 50% travel to London, Krakow, and Indianapolis
THIS IS A SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY UNTIL 31/03/2027
What you will be doing
- Drive and deliver the agreed transformation (simplification, standardisation, and automation) of Invoice to Pay within the Finance Fix the basics program.
- Ensure that the transformation roadmap and objectives are congruent with the strategic goals for GBS and Finance and that, as such, is future proof: assess for feasibility and sustainability.
- Review resourcing needs and provide input to the Organisation Design proposed - ensure that the role profiles and JD are aligned to the global Finance design and that capture the key competencies and experience required for each role.
- Embed service management including governance, KPI and SLA reporting.
- Consult with Finance operations leaders in GBS and Internal control as required for process harmonisation and control enhancements.
- Manage the update to the process documentation and provide assurance that Knowledge material produced is of suitable quality and adequately accessible.

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACCA CIMA or ACA) or international equivalent.
- Demonstrable finance transformation experience in Invoice to Pay delivering solutions covering people, process, and technology.
- Technology savvy with proven experience in SAP, BW, automation tools.
- Global GBS experience.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communication tailored to the audience and circumstances.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to risk assess and recommend solutions.
